• Licensed Inspector with the State of Illinois
• Certified Home Inspector with American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
• Certified E.I.F.S. Inspector (Exterior Insulated Finished Systems, such as Drivit or Stucco systems) with the Exterior Design Institute (EDI).
• Certified Electrical Inspector with the International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI)
• Certified Electrician and Supervising Electrician (City of Chicago) with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW)
